Traveling with a group? Our Large RVs are spacious enough for the whole crew — sleeping up to 8 — without feeling cramped. Spread out, settle in, and enjoy life by the lake in your home away from home.

• Sleeps 6–8 comfortably

• Full kitchen: pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker + filters, microwave, fridge

• Heating, A/C, and TV

• Linens, towels, and toiletries for each guest

• Charcoal grill outside for lakefront meals

🐾 Bringing Pets?

We have two large RVs that allow pets — let us know when booking.

• $50 per stay for 1–2 dogs (80 lbs combined max)

• Pets must be leashed/crated if left unattended

• Please clean up after them (and yes, we do check)

⏰ Check-In / Out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Lockbox code and RV number sent the morning of your stay

📶 Wi-Fi

• Yes — password and network included in your confirmation and in-cabin guide

🗑️ Trash

• Small bins outside the RVs

• Roll-off dumpster behind the maintenance shed — bag trash before tossing

🛥️ Docking Options

• Slips available to rent — contact us ahead of time

• Fuel dock (8 AM–5 PM) on-site

• Boat ramps nearby at Keystone State Park

❌ Refunds & Cancellations

• Full refund (minus $25) with 14+ days’ notice

• 50% refund with 7–13 days

• No refund under 7 days

• Holiday stays: 30+ days required for refund

• $25 change fee for cabin or date modifications
