Our Small RVs are perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families who want a simple, lakefront getaway without sacrificing comfort. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, a relaxing living space, and everything you need to unwind after a day by the water.

🐾 Pet-Friendly?

Yes — we have two designated pet-friendly cabins!

• $50 flat pet fee per stay (covers up to two dogs, max combined weight: 80 lbs)

• Pets must be leashed or crated when left unattended

• You’re responsible for cleanup inside and out

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

• You’ll receive your lockbox code and unit number by text or email the morning of your arrival

• Network and password provided in your pre-arrival info and in-cabin guide

• Signal is best inside and around the cabins

🗑️ Trash & Recycling

• Small bins are just outside each cabin

• Larger dumpsters are behind the maintenance shed (please bag all trash)

🛥️ Bringing a Boat?

• Boat slips are not included but can be rented in advance

• Fuel dock open daily (8 AM–5 PM) at the main marina

• Ask our team to help with tie-ups or directions to Keystone State Park ramps

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel 14+ days out: full refund minus $25 fee

• Cancel 7–13 days out: 50% refund

• Cancel <7 days: no refund

• Holiday & peak season: 30 days’ notice required for any refund

• Date/cabin changes may have a $25 fee
